When the green and vibrant early summer breaks through the window lattice, the chirping of cicadas and the fragrance of books become the most touching concerto. The early summer sun, just like our desire for knowledge, is warm and full of vitality. On the afternoon of May 16, a reading session themed "Books Carry Far, Reading Starts a New Journey" organized by the company's Party Branch, Trade Union, and Women's Committee was warmly held on the first floor of the Progress Building. Colleagues from various departments of the company gathered together to discuss Sheryl Sandberg's Lean In, starting a dialogue on career advancement and self-breakthrough.

At the event, Ms. Luo Lifen, President of the Group, shared her own growth experience and reading insights, emphasizing the importance of a shared reading culture, which enables everyone to have common perspectives and values that can be applied to work and life. When talking about the book Lean In, she pointed out that women should persist in striving, be hardworking, maintain a grateful heart and kindness, achieve unity of knowledge and action, and also attach importance to morality and learn from others' strengths and weaknesses. She hoped that everyone would grow through reading and wished all the participating contestants good results today.

The participating contestants conducted in-depth analyses of Sheryl Sandberg's Lean In, unlocked the secrets of women's success, inspired everyone to take a step forward, be brave and enterprising, and pursue their life goals with passion. At the end of the event, the judges selected the first, second, and third prizes, and awarded certificates and prizes to the contestants.

In this season of flourishing trees and thriving greenery, the female colleagues of the company have chosen to take a step forward. Their stories are being written, and their future is worth looking forward to. As stated in the book Lean In: "What would you do if you weren't afraid?" Perhaps the answer lies in the brave step that each person takes. In the future, the Group will take reading as a carrier to build a growth loop of "learning-practice-reflection", making cultural soft power a solid support for driving innovation.
